My typical day was upon arrival assure all employees report to work and being to assist student inquiries via telephone or in person. Through out my day I would assure all inquiries were met on a timely basis and student left with a feeling of gained knowledge and customer satisfaction. I learned a broad range of university standards, requirements and processes. The workplace culture included many different aspects of multicultural of students preferences, returning students, professors, athletics, and many other cultures. The hardest part for me with informing an applicant they were not admitted. The most enjoyable was seeing students graduate.
