I worked hard as line cook in a fast paced, busy kitchen. I worked long hours and they pay wasn't great. I got to learn several new skills while working there.

Good exposure to upstream technical development. Very skilled and knowledgeable team. Learnt a lot about upstream process and worked with some new technology.

Care free enviroment yet provided excellent care for customers.

This job was forfilling because you were connected to real people. Upstream was a calling center. The account that I was assigned to was EHarmony. It involved real people looking for real love. To hear their stories or help them find love was amazing. They were real people just like you and me.

did not feel like a job, but a service.

days were never long enough. (they relocated to another state)

When I left this company they were making some major company changes. When I first started it was a great fun company to work for. By the time I left the employee's were not treated very well. Not only by the managment but by the account representatives themselves.

Upstream, was a very enjoyable job. They always kept you motivated to do your best with games and prizes. They were lenient to work with school schedules. Job was pretty easy and interesting as well.
