I worked for this company for some time and did everything I could to succeed and move up in the ranks. After a few months went by, I began to understand that I was not going to go anywhere in this company despite my efforts and constant hard work. This company is being run into the ground by poor leadership that consistently micromanages its staff, pays them poverty wages that they cannot possibly live with, gives all the "good/managerial" positions to those outside the company (they do no promote from within for the most sought-after jobs), doesn't offer even halfway decent benefits (the dental and health plans were jokes, if not scams, and you aren't eligible to contribute to the 401K plan until you have put in one year with the company), etc, etc. This is all pretty evident by looking at the turnover rate at USF Federal Credit Union. While working here, someone would leave the company every couple weeks. That says a lot considering the small size of the company. Another thing: they don't pay you what they owe you. The "incentives" for those working on the platform/doing account maintenance are rarely given to the staff, even if they earn them. Don't work for this company unless you want to work a dead-end job, a job where you will not be appreciated or rewarded for the many hours that you give up.
