Looking for work when the Team Coordinator is not able to find any! Cleaning parts for welding operation
and counting parts for about 60-70% of the time. Not being utilize for my talents and having to train other
co-worker's on my specific parts when we are out of work. A lot of waste (training #1 on the in-direct list).

The company main goal is to get you qualified in a # of disciplines so they can hire fewer workers
and have you work as many Saturdays as possible(not welders, shot peen and sometimes not inspectors).
The employee expectation is to stay under the radar( take less than 10 minute breaks). Former Veteran
