Working there was great, as much as a call center goes. The employees are very friendly and treat each other like family. The supervisor is great at his job, and makes sure everyone is on track and doing there best. A day there can be either hectic, or calm and relaxing. The hardest part for me was either having to deal with not so pleasant customers, or the large waves of calls we would get, putting us all in a rush. The most enjoyable was the gratitude that the customers would give when we solved the problem. I really enjoyed this job, and that is saying something as this was my first actual job.
Now I didn't apply for the benefits, but the biggest one that was amazing was that if you work there for over a year, Onity will give you the option to have tuition payed in full for college, no tuition max.
