Stocking and packing is alot to do, but it gets easy and simple over period of time. Work there is good and productive.

The work place reminds me of high school. And at this work place the more money you make the less work you have to put out. The less you make the more you have to put out. The rules or only for the under dogs uti mules the ones that max pay only is 10.25. The rules only apply to them. I see what it takes for indivuals like myself in helping the average person daily.

My typical day at work was very long. I have learned to work at a rapid speed. The Management there was great to me . My co-workers were friendly and we worked together alot. The hardest part about the job was staying awake. We worked twelve hours shifts rotating. The enjoyable part of the job was the benefits offered.

overall good place to work..but advancement was limited. The job skills required ability to work alone and with others, so it was a good balance in the workplace.

Hardest part of the job is accomplishing department goals without the appropriate resources.

Co-workers are easy to get along with

The actual work was good but there were never enough hours and you can be terminated for almost anything

I supervise a 500,000 sq/ft facility that employes over 180 associates. I am the chairman of the Safety and Quality Improvement teams. I also manage all scheduling of all inbound/outbound trucks which totals to be around 20 trucks and 10 to 15 different carriers. My first shift team is made up of nearly 45 associates and two peer supervisors. The most – more... enjoyable part of my is the people. Was contracted in after being laid off from my previous employer so I continued to do the same job I had been doing for 18 yrs but for less pay.

enjoy my work just would like more cross training in different areas in the workplace.

I did a variety of jobs, shipping and receiving, carton picking, pallet picking, and yard driver. Being that I have had many experiences in the warehouse I was able to fill in doing different jobs when needed or if someone was absent from work.

I loved this place from the moment I started till the moment I left. They treated us all as important teammates and family and never forgot to celebrate each and every birthday....we worked harder because we felt upper management cared about us so we definitely cared about them. I miss UTI, hoping to go back soon!!!
