Start work at 4-4:30 am , drive 100- 200 daily, work 12-16 accounts, go to warehouse and pick and load product, check truck fluids and drive home 6-7 pm. Company didn't support area with enough volume of business to support the routes due to the wide area covered on each route. There is more people in management than on routes, and they all like to state they have been around for 20+ years and they can take care of any problems you have. They always say that someone else is over whatever question or problem you have and that you will need to contact them to get a solution to your problem. My co-workers see the same, and wonder how the company has survived as long as it has. The hardest part is working each day, wondering what phone call you are going to get about something that you should have been told about a month before, or walking in a store and they have reset you space and everything is in the back waiting to be picked up. The most enjoyment comes from working and meeting everyone at the stores each day.
