Route Supervisor, Gibsonville, NC - April 7, 2016
Supervisor for 4 years, 9 routes, never one in red. New hires were useless, no experience and couldn't add 2 + 2. Upper management would never accept responsibility for anything going wrong. Always fell on supervisors and half of them were useless. All get dis was talk about people. Management had different levels of discipline. I saw supervisors get thrown out o stores and instead of losing their job, they would just send someone else in to deal with them. Pay for drivers( not salesperson) was terrible for what they worked. If you average hours worked by pay, you could flip burgers and have a better quality of life. If anyone reads this and doesn't turn a job down from them, I feel very sorry for them once they see their true colors.
