We currently have an opening for a Field Account Manager. As the territory sales lead you will spend your time visiting and servicing accounts as well as develop new business. Additionally, your time and experiences in the field will instrumental in developing marketing materials and programs that maintains subject-matter expertise in the areas of instruction to improve the individual sales and offering process. The success of your efforts will be measured by retention and sales goals.
- Responsible for training of in-store personnel, including but not limited to product knowledge, sales techniques and system processes.
- Coach individual sales persons through role playing to hone their sales skills.
- Develop business relationships with store managers and vendor representatives
- Develop strategic and tactical marketing programs to drive traffic and improve volume and closing rates.
- At least three years of experience in outside sales and field training or retail sales
- Proven track record of account and relationship development
- Leadership experience - peer trainer, direct management of a team
- High level of drive and energy; self-motivated
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Spanish language skills preferred
- Demonstrated organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft windows based applications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Valid Driver’s License; this position requires ability to travel to and transport clients
