The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook), have a high attention to detail, and offer strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will also possess the following:

- Ability to exercise good judgment and tact when dealing with customers
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Accurate typing skills
- Able to multi-task and work independentaly
The candidate will be responsible for processing service calls and answering customer inquiries.
