We are currently seeking a full-time detail-oriented Customer Support Representative/Receptionist with a high degree of professionalism, passion for success and who enjoys working within a corporate environment. This person must possess 5 years of prior experience holding Reception or Customer Service position with a knack for multi-tasking.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and possess the ability to rapidly seek and attain the knowledge necessary to be successful in this position. This candidate must be proficient with business English, spelling, punctuation, and general office practices and procedures. The need for an exceptional phone voice and computer skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) and the use of the internet for routine research is a must have.
1. Five years of experience working as a receptionist in a professional office environment.
2. One to two years of office administration experience within a corporate environment
3. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Must exhibit excellent organizational and listening skills
5. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines.
6. Must be a quick learner.
7. Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
8. Will be subject to successful completion of a background check.
