We are currently seeking Sales Representatives with a proven track record for success.
The VIVA Sales Representative will be responsible for gaining market share by promoting, selling, and servicing client needs. Additional responsibilities will include:
Achieve sales revenue and profit margin goals within a specific area of responsibility
Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service the VIVA Marketing systems to existing and new customers and assist in the reallocation and delivery of product.
Provide continuous feedback to the company on acceptance of our products and technology.
Provide information on potential competitive threats as well as possible market opportunities.
Complete administrative reporting as assigned, and to provide input into the Marketing organization on the effectiveness of current materials and merchandising.
Three to five (3-5) years of experience of successful sales in a healthcare setting preferred, but not necessary.
Verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with dentists and internal staff to properly train individuals how to use the VIVA programs.
Presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to conduct training and interact with participants.
Ability to teach and educate healthcare professionals, peers and technical support personnel.
Must have clean driving record and valid California Driver License.
A strong competency in Customer Focus, Driving for Results, Integrity and Trust, Ethics and Values and Compassion.
