I learned a lot from this job. I've learned how to speak to people. I've learned how to change my conversational style to suit each individual person. I have also how to manipulate a conversation in favor of what I want. I'm sure that what I've learned from being a telemarketer at this company has helped in every aspect of my life when it comes to dealing with people. On the opposite end, the most challenging part was the learning process of manipulating the conversation. There was a lot of trial and error in learning and understanding people. There is a great deal of psychology that went into that job. The most enjoyable part was making sales. You get a sense of accomplishment and the commission is always great.
