Working at Valeo is a good job. Since being hired I have been able to train and show new employees how things work. When I first started I was working on the line with team members and I wanted to branch off and do my own thing. I applied for a forklift opening within the factory which I got hired on within a two week period. I enjoy my job and like – more... my co-workers. The hardest part of my job is picking up the slack from the shifts before mine when other co-workers decide they do not want to excel in there place of work. The management there is great. What i have been taught so far at Valeo is that as long as you put forth your best efforts your work is done well efficiently. Working together with your team members is something that makes a day at work easier and go very smooth. – less

Eramos evaluados cada seis meses y anualmente, en el cual teníamos que cumplir con una hoja de despliegue de objetivos que se tenia que medir cada resultado y de igual forma teníamos que evaluar a nuestro personal a cargo para poder lograr el objetivo el cual los resultados eran en cascada.

Travailler chez Valeo est vraiment une expérience enrichissante et formatrice.
Je peux avancer en mode projet et en totale autonomie sur mon poste.
Les managers sont constamment présents et n'hésitent pas à nous coacher si besoin.
L'aspect le plus agréable de mon poste est l'organisation et les relations avec les différents salariés.

Je ne peux pas donner un avis personnel sur l'entreprise VALEO, car il y a déjà quelques années que j'y ai exercé. Mais j'en garde un bon souvenir et y retournerai sans problème.

l'ambiance et le travail était agréable, le travail se fait sur une plateforme mais chacun et assez libre de gérer sa journée en respectant les ordres des chefs de pole j'avais un bon rapport avec cette entreprise mais il n'y a pas d'embauche c'est que de l'intérim et l'entreprise est très éloigné pour un salaire moyen (qui conviendrait sans les frais) – more... les coûts de transport et de cantine plus la garderie du petit était trop élevé – less
