Labor (Current Employee), Orlando, FL – September 6, 2015
My work is based on cutting grass and maintaining green areas. Ten hours per day, four days per week. I had excellent co-workers. I like my job but the hardest part of the job is the salary. The most enyoyable part of the job is when I work with my team.
Accounts Payable (Former Employee), Calabasas – August 29, 2015
Pros: Beautiful Lobby. Some nice coworkers
Cons: Negative place to work, Favoritism.
I enjoyed the work.Yes, I made mistakes, but help in a positive and constructive way would have been useful. This was a very negative place to work. No positive energy to try to improve. They are going – more... through a merger, so the co-workers are trying to hoard all the jobs. No room for advancement. Manager was especially siding with two people and creating a atmosphere of favoritism. I hope the management reads the reviews! – less
Production specialist (Current Employee), Southern cali – March 16, 2015
Cons: very poor trained crew members, poor management with employees and customers.
It used to be a very good company but ever since a firm of investors bought it,they don't Care about people neither for employees nor for the customers. New hires pay its a joke. Not enough people to complete jobs and management very greedy all they care is about money without knowing what's outside on the field.very poor job quality
Productions Manager (Former Employee), Pensacola, FL – March 13, 2015
I enjoyed the multiple scenarios that could pop up on ay given work day but with the opportunity for job level advancement being possible. It was difficult having the advancement in responsibility and job level but not being rewarded financially.
Regional Safety Manager (Current Employee), VA – January 12, 2015
Pros: proper training
Cons: a lot of travel
Visit field employees on a day to day operations conducting field safety audits and training/correcting behavioral habits when needed. learned that employees really want to work in a safe environment would say 98% of managers want their employees to work safely At the end of the day I go home feeling good that I have helped keep a safe working environment for all employees.
Beautiful building with a beautiful and peaceful garden!
