Warehouse Associate, Lakeville, MN - January 9, 2017
A typical day at work consisted of a brief meeting prior to our shift, group stretching (because it required much physical labor), and then reporting to our assigned stations. It was quite tedious and repetitive so it taught me to focus on the details and quality of my work, while making a concerted effort to produce at a high rate, as well. Management was passionate about their work and their employees. One of the difficulties about this job was, at times, keeping up with the speed of production that was expected. My fellow employees and the lessons learned from this experience were by far the most enjoyable parts of my time at Valmont.
