Valor Security Services is not intended to be a real security company. They do not provide anything but uniforms to their employees. They are ran by corp. executives that has never been in security or law enforcement and do not know anything about the buisness. Let alone provide the utilities that we need to do a job effective.

Regional Vice President has a great understanding of the operations and the needs of the property and region. Company offers excellent entry and management level training. Company offers excellent benefits and opportunity for growth within the company.

A great place to sharpen your skills with verbal and written communications with the public. Being a security officer is not the easiest job to do, but the management there did everything to try to support their security officers as best possible.

But advancement for woman is rare, and some " MALE " Directors do not give females an equal chance, as is shown toward our male counterparts, as I have witnessed, thank you.
