A typical day consists of troubleshooting/repairing some pretty new and advanced medical electronics in today's ever changing world of technological advancements. There is plenty of testing procedures in the medical products that Valtronic manufactures. I learned the work of being a level lll technician in the biomedical industry and all requirements and regulations that come along with it. Management seems to have everything done in a timely manner though at times they try to push product out the door last minute at the end of the month every time! This is a company where you want to keep alot to yourself to most of the co-workers because more than likely they will deceive you or use it against you in any way possible. This is not really a well established team oriented environment if that is what you are looking for. The hardest part of the job is finding a problem and trying to find a way to fix or correct the problem using the skills i have acquired from college. The most enjoyably part of the job is when you successfully repair or troubleshoot a problem in a product, which usually means you just saved the company money rather than just scrapping what ever the device may be and that in itself is rewarding.
