Decent benefits and perks and salary . However i was subject to discrimination. A particular member thrived for ways to make me look bad and ultimately get me fired. ie telling me it was ok to browse the internet if there was no work... Then waiting till my boss was around to tell me I needed to work. I would apologize and check the database only to – more... see there was actually no work. But before correcting him my boss would be long gone. That happened a lot where he would shout everything I had supposedly done wrong at me so everyone could hear. If he was incorrect he would not apologize or accept it but pretend he never said anything. Always a need to build himself up by tearing others down. I quit because I refused to work with people who treated other people that way. When I resigned I was told flippantly from my manager (A nice guy I respected but also a friend of the vicious co worker) exactly what people said about me. Mean spirited things that had nothing to do with my ability to do my job. I am sure the whole company is not like this but this particular department is very corrupt . – less
