Culture centric, long term vision needs improvement

Management asks that things be solved but micromanages any solutions not in line with culture. Internal relationships are more valued than running a business. It is true political culture. Hardest part of the work was to educate the company rather than the clients. Best part was the first few weeks, when one thinks they have latitude to do things they were hired to do. People were nice, just did not know how to manage a client. Offshore was asked to improve attendance, onsite, due to politics, they blamed the messenger.
