Cons: leaving the work environment.
Employees are friendly and never hesitant to teach me knowledgeable information about the fields. I learned a great amount of knowledge in troubleshooting with desktop support. Which include repairing computers, troubleshooting applications, fixing registry errors, and teaching others what I've learned.
