Pros: benifits
Cons: harassment
this is a company that is supposed to be dedicated to taking care of the elderly and those less fortunate the truth of the matter is is that there are more concerned with making more money than doing what is right they hire young people without any formal or proper education and more less throw them to the wolves the upper management are all narcissisticthey – more... come in and be little Working employees giving them a feeling of superiority making those individuals fear for their job I would not recommend this work environment for anyone supposedly you accumulate paid time off of which you never receive for they find one reason or another not to give it to you – less

Supervisors give you no respect
Admin Asst (Former Employee), Corporate - Nashville, TNMarch 8, 2013
Pros: yearly bonus
Cons: management, bossiness, harassment
Overall, some of the departments here are good, but a major department needs a revamping. The upper mgmt in that dept belittle you if you don't suck up to them and let their "favorites" get away with anything: from being late to not coming in to allowing them to not take vacation or sick pay to make up for it when they don't show up and not care. I – more... enjoy my life more since leaving this company. The only thing I enjoyed about the job was getting a paycheck every 2 weeks, getting a yearly bonus and 5pm on Friday. – less

Awesome Intern Experience
Desktop Support Intern/Weiss Hospital (Former Employee), 4646 N Marine Dr., Chicago, IL 60640June 30, 2012
Pros: being able to learn about multiple fields in the information services department.
Cons: leaving the work environment.
Employees are friendly and never hesitant to teach me knowledgeable information about the fields. I learned a great amount of knowledge in troubleshooting with desktop support. Which include repairing computers, troubleshooting applications, fixing registry errors, and teaching others what I've learned. I spread my wings more to gather information with – more... networking by configuring network printers and scanners. – less
