Molecular Testing Specialist/ Account Manager, NJ - April 6, 2015
Each day was dictated by our Regional Sales Manager. If he was not capable of opening accounts I was not able to do or go to work. I was salary so it wasn't a bad thing. My office was in my home but when I would report to different facilities they were low income and sometimes very questionable neighborhoods. My direct manager would put me in awkward positions by letting me stay home but reporting to his boss that I worked a full 8 hour day. The worst part of the job was that my position depended on Sales Reps, therefore, if they did not open accounts I was not capable of managing the accounts. Their lack of hiring skills made my job security undesirable.
