Work for the legendary Maclaren stroller company as a part of its sales force!
This role, newly open due to a promotion, is ideal for a candidate with with 2-4 years experience in Sales Support and operations.
The major duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Manage chargebacks and returns in conjunction with the warehouse staff.
Manage and follow through on repairs and repair related issues.
Create and Input Credit Memos.
Review A/R and create reports.
Acts as the liaison between the sales force and the client to follow up on orders or open issues.
Liaison with the sales team to manage and process orders.
Ensure all signoffs relative to discounts, deals, and price changes are facilitated.
Interact with clients as required in order to fufill orders.
Assists with special projects and assignments as needed.
Prepare Sales Contracts and documents (word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation graphics) for managers and sales executives.
Works under general supervision and performs a full range of sales office administrative duties.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor degree in business, finance or accounting preferred. Detail oriented, with strong analytical skills; ability to analyze, interpret and clearly present both qualitative and quantitative information. Strong written communication skills. Effective communication and follow-up to insure completion of planned activities. Previous sales support/operations experience desired but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
