Productive in the sense that when I got to work, I'm actually working. It's stagnant because management has difficulty planning beyond three months ahead for the business. Constant changes to work environment from management to policies to product. At times very hectic and toxic. Constant changes means constant learning though. I've picked up a lot of technical skills while working here along with adding to additional skills.
The most enjoyable part is the industry, electronic cigarettes. The hardest part is working through office politics. Trying to get management to understand small business dynamics.
Mostly unappreciative but the owner is a great guy. Too trusting but a great guy, his original vision is what keeps me around. At times, a great family-owned atmosphere.
