Pros: great people and culture, good work life balance.
Cons: lots of big egos/politics/management issues, company is struggling, low morale
Great people, good work environment and culture. Enjoyed my time there but the company was bogged down by infrastructure issues and lack of cohesive guidance by senior management. Lots of layoffs and turnover. Things may have improved now with new CEO.
