This place would be wonderful place to work if the management was better. Some shifts are very hectic and fast paced, other shifts are dead and there is more time to clean, and hang out with some really nice people. The doctors are all wonderful, some are easier to work with than others. However, they are all really great teachers. There is a lot to learn, and it can get overwhelming but after you get the hang of it is is not bad at all. Management does hire family members, and can be pretty awful at times. They can get very clique-ish with a small group of employees, both of those things have really brought down morale. Overall it is a pretty mixed bag.
