This was a great place to work, plenty of challenges and opportunities day to day. This is a large, ever changing environment and there is much to learn - but this is a great place to pick up an abundance of experience in a short amount of time - a definite plus for your resume.

To the engineer who posted "Job Security...", I'm wondering if you just – more...  weren't the right "fit"? You most definitely need a good amount of real-world working experience and dedication to fit into a place like this, and without it would surely not succeed. As for time entry, this is fairly typical for a consulting firm with external clients...at least for those that I've done consulting for in the past.

If you are looking for Job Security, this isn't the place to look. I was in a contract to hire position, and as a contractor, they practically expect you to take on an enormous amount of work, and as a contractor, you don't get too many options for a break unless you want to take it unpaid.

You're co-workers aren't very helpful as well. They tell you – more...  to ask questions if you need anything, but then they are too busy to help or are out of the office on vacation. They don't tell you everything you need to know as well, such as, needing to keep track of the amount of time on each project you had reviewed or worked on. The managers sit in their offices monitoring this stuff, and they don't even tell you.

At first they treat you by taking you out to lunch with your co-workers, and you get a few important projects, but after that, you get slammed with Tickets, and your boss checks in on you at least three times a day.
