We are seeking goal-oriented sales professionals to contact our current clients and prospects in order to sell our complete line of educational products and services. Our Educational Advisors provide helpful information while selling quality, online continuing education courses to the industry professionals who require education hours for their mandatory State License renewals. You will contact clients and new prospects, establish relationships, and generate revenue on a daily basis. We provide solid resources with which to identify and manage potential clients. This position reports to the Sales Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Proactively pursue sale of continuing education courses to industry professionals, nationally, via telesales
  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner
  • Determine client requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
  • Accurately process client transactions such as orders and quotes
  • Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase client satisfaction and improve transaction value
  • Increase sales and average order size by means of cross selling, up selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sales items
  • Educate clients about features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Contact clients following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Communicate purchasing activity and general client intelligence information to management
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team

Qualifications

  • Prior call center experience and able to make a minimum of 100 outbound sales calls per day
  • Experience in a goal-oriented sales environment
  • Ability to develop sales relationships with clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic
  • Enjoy phone interaction with professional clients
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Candidates must be energetic, eager to learn, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record preferred
