Industry has a 3yr cycle, competitors also. There is no micromanagemnt, very flexible with employees, very high expectations, crazy working hours due to customer in asia( change in time zones)

The working place was very fast paced ,and the team was always under very critical timeframes to complete the assigned piece of equipment that was eo be sent to a specific vendor who had certain requirements for the electrical control systems. This also meant that all electrical drawings had to be updated and modified for each piece of equipmnet
