The wrong people are in the lead rolls of the company - too much nepatism

Every morning I am responsible for retrieving and decrypting client's mailing labels for employee requests for HR information; as well as logging on to their website and retrieving any reports they need me to print and mail (could be up to 7500 invoices, Union reports, etc.) within set timeframes. Process any recruiting/integrity orders, setting packing and shipping deadlines. Keep and update inventory for several customers. Review inventory to make sure the proper versions are being distributed. Backup anyone who is absent from work. Handle any last minute requests in a professional manner with no errors. Attend production meetings and input any requests for production and/or reproduction.
People are nice, learn something new each day.
Company is reactive to issues instead of proactive, No training on processes; learn by making mistakes.
