Job Purpose:

  • Sells and services all products offered by Verizon Wireless. Strives to meet sales objectives. Maintains a strong knowledge of all products, service plans, and promotions. Process bill payments and assist customers in a professional manner. Serve as a positive representation of the Verizon Brand.

Duties:

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in professional organizations.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
