Cons: shrinking management work force is causing hostel work environment.
Complete Electronic Attendance/ Time cards, Conference calls, Team meetings, Develop Mops for test and turn-up, provide tech training (OJT), interface with support organizations, deal with trouble escalations and provide metrics.
The hardest part of the job was administrative paper work. (Attendance, Sick leave, Vacation, Union Grievance, tracking – more... tech training requirements, and metrics )
The most enjoyable part of the job was, Interacting with the techs, providing training, trouble shooting circuit issues and developing new methods and procedures to improve trouble resolutions. – less
