Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, Atlanta, GA - August 4, 2016
To be quite honest, the work ethics of the other employees made my job hard as a new employee especially when it boiled down to rules and regulations. The practice manager of 9 years was fired shortly after I was hired, and after she was fired myself and other employees were left to pick up the pieces. Being a new hire, I was expecting some kind of structure to learn the ropes. Instead, I was thrown to the wolves to figure almost everything out myself. The owner isn't always in the office or even available most of the time. When in the office, most of the employees screen calls and customers to leave the receptionist to deal with everything. The fact that there was no real management while working there really disgusted me. Every one basically did what they wanted depending on who was looking. The prices are outrageous, and most of the time the customers are still unsatisfied with the services the received. This practice is for people who are rich, have money to throw away, and don't care about customer service.
