Beware any employer with this high a turnover rate. Theirs is VERY high, even for a vet clinic. That tells you the problem isn't in the people they hire. They are not likely to consider that, though.
This is a very clean veterinary hospital, and most of the people in it are good folks. There is one female veterinarian, however, who does not know how to treat people. She will treat kennel help like garbage. From what I saw, her treatment of receptionists and technicians is not much better, hence people will leave. (Yes, it's that bad.) She's the #2 person in the clinic, so if you say anything no one listens. It's so unfortunate because in other respects this is a fantastic hospital. The negativity coming from this one person is not worth it, and brings everyone's stress levels up. If they would counsel her about her people skills, or let her go, this would be a fantastic place to work.
Most of the co-workers, chances to learn, great clients
