Draining place to work with high turnover and micro-management

Corporate office in Chicago treats local community staff like children either micro-managing or conversely neglecting to support then turning on staff later. Also found some corporate executives routinely blacklisted good staff, blocking them from transfers that were better opportunities. They sold odd 1/2 of company portfolio in 2011 and would sell the rest off too but CCRC too complicated and expensive for anyone to buy.
Locally some staff like kitchen etc really nice but some apathetic delivery if service apparent especially in some places.
Senior Healthcare Services is a Vi subsidiary home health agency
Terribly run and losing money every year. Vi tried to include it in sale to Five Star and other possible transactions but no takers.
communities can be pretty and residents fun, some good middle mgt in corporate
territorial management staff locally, silos that don't work together, micro-managing and hard to trust executive staff
