The V*I Chip segment consists of V*I Chip Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary, which designs, develops, manufactures and markets the Company’s factorized power architecture (FPA) products. The Picor segment consists of Picor Corporation, a majority owned subsidiary of Vicor, which designs, develops and markets integrated circuits and related products for use in a range of power system applications.
