Supervisors are inconsistent in their feedback; one day they're telling you you're doing a fantastic job, the next day they're telling you to do more work. Supervisors can be demanding instructing you to cancel your appts for the day so you can cater to their needs (they all have poor time management skills). Paperwork is overwhelming - almost all employees bring their paperwork home with them to complete it and meet the deadlines for turning notes in. Praise from supervisors is almost robotic, it's never genuine. Not very good teamwork. Lots of favoritism (male employees get treated better than the females).
