For a Catholic establishment one would expect the residents to have a voice in what happens to them as well as the employees. The major issue lies with the Director whom looks for soft -hearted compassionate people with low self-esteem so she has a "project" or someone to "fix". I loved working for the retired Sisters and built a wonderful rapport with them. They are appreciative, kind and loving but they are under the director's control.
The work environment is stressful only because of the Director. The Sister's do not cause the type of drama that you will experience. If a new director was hired the culture would be different and I would recommend employment.
