Many well run programs with emphasis on clients

Pros: relaxed atmosphere
Vinfen is a great place to work. Whether you work as a Mental Health Counselor or a Relief Counselor, they are considerate, and very client oriented.
I consider my 18 months there to have been a very productive time. Unfortunately, I was never a Certified Peer Specialist there.

Very nice co workers but Vinfen changes its rules every other day.

Pros: the money is good.
Cons: lots of travel and dmh runs the contract
I love working with the clients but way too much paperwork. Caseloads are too high at CBFS and staff is never enough. In 25 years of human service work I have never had this much paperwork. I must put in a good 60 to 70 hours a week for a 40 hour position.

Cons: unsupportive human resources, complaints unanswered
I enjoyed this job alot, although i felt that for the work that was expected, the compensation could have been a little better. Also there are things expected of the employees that they do not put in the job description. Which is expected at any job to a degree, but the things that they were really should be in the job description.
