Renewal by Andersen (RBA) is seeking an Assistant Call Center Manager/Team Lead to become a part of our expanding call center. This management position will be full time with some evening hours and weekend availability. Responsibilities include assisting with recruiting, sales training and managing a small team of up to 5 representatives and the associated activities that influence their performance.

MUST HAVE CALL CENTER & PHONE SALES EXPERIENCE

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Coach Sales Support Representatives daily to ensure they’re following scripts & working at an acceptable pace
  • Instruct Sales Support Representatives on how to handle both inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Keep a professional tone at all times to ensure every call is handled with RBA quality service
  • Ensure every lead is contacted, added to the database and resulted efficiently
  • Meeting or exceeding the daily lead request and keeping up-to-date with appointment issue goals
  • Assume responsibility, including follow-up, for all problem resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Assist call center manager with any other tasks as required.

Compensation
Position includes a base salary, multiple monthly bonuses and benefits.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have 5+ years of Call Center experience with a SALES focus
  • Outbound calling and phone sales experience
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, listening and motivational skills
  • Customer focused, results & detail oriented
  • Strong computer/data entry skills
  • Experience with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) preferred
