Temp Agent, Hoover, AL - April 30, 2017
It was a temp agency, but even for a temp agency it was pretty awful. Usually, you get an agent or two who doesn't care about helping you, but there are then some who try, but at VIP noone really cared. You were left alone for a while and struggled to get ahold of anyone to even get a job. But once you got the job, they have a few good choices with decent managers. However, the managers are flaky and will tell the agency to tell you on your lunch break that you are no longer needed for not following a script and trying to build a rapport with the customer instead of informing you themselves while in the office with all of your stuff so you don't have to go back.
