Extremely fun place to work.
Customer Service/Supervisor (Former Employee), Newark, NJMay 6, 2013
Pros: free lunches, free accomodation, fun environment.
Cons: early hours, late hours.
A day at work would be debriefing the employees that I supervise and they would be assigned to their various allocations and duties. Working in the customer service field was a life long learned experience, such as value, customer service. I really enjoy helping others and the hardest part is that the customer is not always right but the most enjoyable – more... part was satisfaction that I have helped so many people on a regular working day. – less

Love dealing with the customers
CSA Customer Service Agent (Current Employee), Newark, NJJune 25, 2012
i love dealing with customers. and trying to help them the best i can. the management needs some working on. i work for a contract that works for Virgin Atlantic. There is alot of favoritism , bribing, selfish stuck up supervisors/managers. its just unfair how they treat there coworkers. Is it probably because they get paid more then we?

shocking shocking shocking!
customer service (Former Employee), SwanseaDecember 15, 2014
Pros: free flights, if you get on
Cons: everything else
this has got to be the worst job I've ever worked in. The managers are shocking, always on your back, quick to tell you when you've done something wrong. They lie about your shifts, I lived in there! If your so desperate for a job then I'd rather pick somewhere like McDonald's. This place ruined my life.

Senior Business Performance Manager (Former Employee), CrawleyOctober 27, 2014
Pros: great travel perks and great people
Cons: wants to operate remotely from the larger aliances and this is hurting its business... badly
Great atmosphere and great place to work, but an airline that is suffering in the current climate and its decisions are based on necessities and revenue generation and this hinders what could be a fantastic company to work for

Happy and Loving place to work
Customer Service Assistant (Former Employee), CrawleyMarch 9, 2014
Every one at Virgin is happy and very hard working. A typical day starts at 9 in the morning and ends at 3, I worked and got introduced to all the Cabin Crew, I also worked with the Engineers and got to go up to the Hanger were they fix all the planes. I learnt a lot from this experience and enjoyed in greatly.

Pros: travel opportunities, progession and pension, private health care

I look after our upper class passengers, ensuring all their needs are met, trying to anticipate their needs before hand. Working with an excellent team of people to make sure safety and security are of the highest levels at all time while delivering the hightest levels of cutomer service.
