Passenger Services Agent (Current Employee) – Dulles, VA – August 3, 2017
I think that depending on what kind of personality you have is really what you are going to get out of the job itself. The pay is average in this area and the hours are a bit low, but if you are a student it is perfect. I really enjoyed the people that i worked with, i thought management could use a bit of revision, but I really liked everyone. The job is not hard at all and they train you for alot of situations that could arise in the workplace. You really need good customer service experience to do well because you will have alot of angry passengers all trying to talk to you at once if something goes wrong.
