The hardest part of the job was to try assist a unhappy customer because the previous agent they were speaking to was rude or did not assist the customer properly.I would learn something new about the network everyday like new products they were introducing.My co-workers were very helpfull.The most enjoyable part of the job was ending the call knowing – more... that u were able to assist the customer with what they needed – less

Pros: 24hr call center w/unlimited overtime
Cons: leaving
A day at work was fun, busy and long. I learned alot about the cellular phone industry as well as Virgin Mobile. Management at this job was very relaxed. My co-workers were all very supportive of each other and shared the same enjoyment of the atmosphere. The hardest part was leaving at the end of your shift. Working at Virgin Mobile was a great experince for me. I got meet new people and help them with there comunication needs. The people i worked with where like family.
