A typical work day would include utilizing all the skills necessary to enhance the productivity of the company. In addition to being productive, the day should include a continuous self-education about the company's future and the clientele's needs. Management includes those who direct, educate, and uphold company policies and lead with consistency. – more... Co-workers are company representatives that work as a team and maintain a high degree of professionalism in the presence of superiors, colleagues, and clients. They abide by the policies of the company to ensure positive outcomes. A challenge of the work day is compensating for the absence of others. When a strong team approach exists, employees can quickly rally to ensure that productivity is not interrupted. The most enjoyable parts of the day are the beginning and the end. Mornings, are filled with ambitions about the day ahead and what needs to be accomplished. The end of the day, offers a time to reflect and assess if goals were met. Based on the analysis of those goals, a plan can be derived to maintain the following day's productivity. – less
