We are looking for the BEST of the Best! You will go through multiple interviews so be prepared to WOW us with your customer service skills!
Job Description:
 Fielding telephone calls
 Provide customers with product & service information
 Schedule Appointments - at least an 85% booking rate for carpet cleaning customers and wood renewal customers
 Respond to online requests within a timely and professional manner.
 Confirm Appointment
 Follow-Up on appointments
 Reminder Phone Calls
 Invoice Entry
 Provide a positive experience for customers.
Qualifications:
 Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
 Previous customer service is a plus
 Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
 Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Acute attention to detail and highly organized
 Assertive decision making with an affinity for finding and creating solutions
 Must be a self-starter with the ability to take initiative, work independently and pitch in as needed; a roll up your sleeves and ‘dig in’ work ethic
 Excellent customer service skills – able to maintain the highest level of service and follow through
 Ability to multi-task, respond with a sense of urgency and discretion and meet deadlines
 Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and able to manage multiple web-based order management systems
 Good sense of humor and positive attitude!

ABSOLUTELY Necessary
Booking rate of 85% or higher
Being able to convert a caller from a prospect to a booked job
Must have a friendly voice and be able to communicate with all callers as if they were your best friend!
Ability to call previous customers to schedule their next cleaning appointments and have a high booking rate on these outbound calls.

Compensation Information:
$9-11 an hour
Schedule:
We provide services from 7am-8pm Mon-Fri and 8am-6pm Saturday. Shift times area varied. Must be able to work some Saturdays.
