We design our programs to allow you to meet with – more... your coach often and offer e-mail check-ins and follow-up phone calls between sessions. If we're coaching teams of people, we often hold large sessions with individual calls between meetings.
We often give exercises, practices, books, CDs, journals, and a variety of support tools to make change happen. Not every client is the same. How we work with you depends on what you want to achieve.
