Depends on the location. I was interviewed once, the GM liked my experience and personality and stated I would be a great fit. Called the next day and was offered the job.

Had a couple of interviews, relatively basic questions. Mainly about driving success, strengths, I have a lot of experience in optical, so it was pretty easy to land the job. If no optical experience, as long as you have great people skills, you will be successful if you like people and you like to sell.
