horrible place to work
hospice team (Former Employee), denver, coMarch 21, 2013
Pros: the patients and many of the nurses
Cons: everything else
The turn over is horrible and the managments treats everyone else like pooh I really use to love my job in the hospice department until it got a whole new managment staff. I pitty anyone who has to work there. I really had pride in the work I did and it showed in my reviews then as soon as the new managment came in they did not like me (or anyone) and – more... they gave me horrible reviews for the same hard work guess it was there way of running me out – less

Productive work place with supportive nursing administrative staff.
RN Home Health Nurse (Former Employee), Grant and SpeerDecember 29, 2012
Pros: autonomy, supportive administration; supportive co-workers
Cons: driving distance; traffic during my shift;
Allowed me the opportunity to utilize my nursing skills and the autonomy to make decisions and collaborate with the physicians and other nursing staff to care for my patients.
