About Visiting Nurse Association of Northern New Jersey
VNANNJ is a non-profit United Way Member Agency focused on patient well being. Over 100 years of home health care provider experience (established in 1898).
24-hour care availability, 7 days-a-week.
Our visiting nurses are also our case managers-the nurse assesses the patient's needs, identifies the appropriate home care solutions, creates an individual – more... care plan and is in charge of the patient's care. All VNANNJ visiting nurses, home health aides and other caregivers are appropriately licensed and trained in the latest care techniques.
VNANNJ is proud to be among the visiting nurse services of New Jersey that serve our communities as non-profit organizations. Unlike for-profit organizations, we never refuse essential home health care due to ability to pay.
Visiting Nurse Association of Northern New Jersey is licensed by the New Jersey State Department of Health and Senior Services and certified by Medicare and Medicaid. It is accredited by the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO). We are a non-profit United Way Member Agency.
