Part time and Per Diem. We are currently seeking professional and compassionate nurses to work as part of the multidisciplinary hospice team to provide assessment, planning and care to the patient and their family members in the home. Current RN licensure in Massachusetts and a minimum two years experience in med/surg or oncology. Hospice experience required. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide effective support to the patient and family.
Responsible for answering and responding to calls from patients and families assuming responsibility for the physical, educational and psychological needs of the patient/family if needed during evenings, nights, weekends. Current RN licensure in Massachusetts and a minimum of two years experience in med/surg, oncology, hospice required. Home care experience needed. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide effective support to the patient and family.
