Not enough pay for all the physical and emotional stress.
Registered Medical Assistant/Psychiatric Tech (Former Employee) – Fayetteville, AR – May 23, 2013
A typical day at work is escorting patients around the hospital, leading psychiatric groups, getting cussed out by patients, having to go hands on with an out of control patient.
Handling out of control patients with care.
The managment team don't communicate properly and they never give recognition.
The hardest part of working at Vista is the management and the curiculum they have for the patients is not in the patients best interest for their treatment.
The most enjoyable part of working for Vista is interacting and bonding with the patients.
